A federal judge today ruled in favor of the AHA and hospital plaintiffs saying that the Department of Health and Human Services 鈥渁djustment鈥 by nearly 30 percent of 2018 Medicare payment rates for many hospitals in the 340B Drug Pricing Program was unlawful.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Dec. 21 issued a rule, called 鈥淧athways to Success鈥, that finalizes changes to the Medicare Shared Savings Program, including to the structure of payments made to accountable care organizations and other aspects of participation in the MSSP.
