The AHA 340B Advocacy Alliance June 16 at 2:30 p.m. ET will host a special call for AHA 340B hospital members to provide an update on the latest activity on the 340B Drug Pricing Program. AHA staff will provide updates on regulatory, legislative and legal actions related to the 340B program.
The AHA, joined by member hospitals and health systems and other national organizations representing hospitals, filed reply briefs in their petitions asking the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse appeals court decisions in two important cases for patients and providers.
