Case study highlights Equity of Care Award winner Main Line Health鈥檚 data collection efforts聽

Main Line Health鈥檚 strategic collection and utilization of data, as well as its initiatives to improve the health of communities of color, earned the health system the AHA鈥檚 2024 Carolyn Boone Lewis Equity of Care Award in the Transforming Category. Its 鈥淲e Ask Because We Care鈥 campaign, which involves collecting data based on race, ethnicity, language preference and other socio-economic data, is part of its effort to meet the diverse needs of the patient population and eliminate health disparities.
