Biden signs $1.7 trillion omnibus appropriations bill

President Biden late Thursday signed into law the $1.7 trillion omnibus bill that will keep the government funded through September 2023. H.R. 2617, the 鈥淐onsolidated Appropriations Act, 2023,鈥 includes $773 billion for non-defense discretionary spending.
