The AHA鈥檚 American Organization for Nursing Leadership affiliate and the Emergency Nurses Association today updated their  to incorporate best practices based on the latest research and a toolkit to help hospitals and health systems customize their workplace violence protection program to best protect their employees and patients. 

鈥淎s health care leaders, we know hospitals鈥 #1 resource is our team, and our priority is the health and safety of our health workers so they can best care for our communities,鈥 the nurse leaders write in a blog post.
