The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services this week shared a suite of new resources that can be used to improve state and federal monitoring and oversight of managed care in Medicaid and the Children鈥檚 Health Insurance Program. The  include a technical assistance toolkit, managed care reporting templates such as network adequacy and access assurances, and additional CMS guidance on a new web-based portal for state managed care reporting to CMS. CMS plans to make many of these state reports publicly available in the future.
