EPA again recognizes ASHE鈥檚 long-term commitment to energy efficiency

The Environmental Protection Agency today presented AHA鈥檚 American Society for Health Care Engineering with its , the program鈥檚 highest honor, for its long-term commitment to fighting climate change and protecting public health through energy efficiency.
ASHE has received the Sustained Excellence Award for four consecutive years and the Partner of the Year award for six consecutive years.
鈥淩eceiving this award for a sixth year recognizes our members鈥 ongoing dedication to reducing their carbon footprint, supporting more sustainable health care facilities,鈥 said Kara Brooks, ASHE senior associate director of sustainability. 鈥淲e are excited to build on our previous success and support hospitals in achieving their goals.鈥
