AHA has released a resource to help hospital and health system leaders welcome and orient new board members. Boardroom 101 provides information and guidance, including sample agendas and questions for board members to consider as they learn about health care, their hospital and/or health system, and board responsibilities. The resource is available free to members and for purchase by non-members .
