Now more than ever, hospitals and health systems need to encourage communities to stay healthy and protect themselves against the flu and COVID-19 by getting vaccinated and following recommended public health guidance to wear a mask, wash hands and socially distance. For the seventh year in a row, AHA’s United Against the Flu campaign will guide efforts to raise awareness in local communities though monthly releases of social media packets, information and resources for hospitals’ and health systems’ use and customization. Learn more on AHA’s updated webpage, which also will feature shared infographics and other helpful resources, such as the CDC’s flu shot finder tool and promotional messaging.
