Nominate palliative/end-of-life care program for Circle of Life Awards

Organizations that provide palliative or end-of-life care may apply through Aug. 16 for the 2021 Circle of Life Awards: Celebrating Innovation in Palliative and End-of-Life Care. Up to three awards will be presented at the AHA Leadership Summit July 17-10, 2022, in San Diego. The awards committee also may present Citations of Honor to other noteworthy programs.
