Ad highlights hospitals’ need for immediate financial relief

The Coalition to Protect America’s Health Care yesterday launched a urging Congress to pass emergency funding to help provide immediate financial relief to hospitals and health systems.
The ad reminds Congress how hospitals and health systems have been on the front lines everyday caring for patients in the midst of this pandemic, and are projected to lose $320 billion this year as they fight COVID-19.
“Now with cases surging, health care heroes need our help to continue to care for patients,” the ad says. “America’s hospitals and health systems need emergency funding now, lives depend on it.”
The campaign includes a heavy presence in Washington, D.C., and radio ads and a social media push on numerous platforms.
