CMS issues tool to help nursing home staff evaluate their skills

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services yesterday released the of technical tools and assistance for nursing home professionals funded by federal civil money penalties. The 鈥淏uilding on a Culture of Quality鈥 series will include staff competency assessment tools, instructional guides, training webinars and technical assistance seminars. The is designed to help nursing home frontline and management staff evaluate their skills.
