The AHA and American College of Healthcare Executives will deliver a joint session on hospitals as change agents in their communities during the  Oct. 10-12 in Brisbane, Australia. AHA President and CEO Rick Pollack will moderate the session, which will include presentations by AHA Chair Nancy Agee, Chair-elect Brian Gragnolati, Atrium Health President and CEO Gene Woods and Froedtert Health Senior Vice President David Olson on innovative ways that hospitals are partnering with stakeholders in their communities to improve patient and population health.
