Advisory Panel Recommends Physician-Focused Payment Models to HHS
The Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee recently submitted four recommendations to the Department of Health and Human Services, including a that the agency test the AHA-supported Advanced Care Model to support people with advanced illness. The Coalition to Transform Advanced Care developed the ACM with input from AHA and its members, who also voiced support for the model to the committee.
