The Health Resources and Services Administration today to Oct. 1 the effective date of its on 340B drug ceiling prices and civil monetary penalties for manufacturers. The final rule was subject to multiple delays since January. 鈥淭he additional time provided to the public before the rule takes effect constitutes an extra quarter and will assist stakeholders in preparing to comply with these new program requirements,鈥 the notice states.
