HRSA delays effective date of final rule on 340B drug ceiling prices to March 21
The Health Resources and Services Administration today , in accordance with a recent White House , the effective date of its on drug ceiling prices and civil monetary penalties for manufacturers in the 340B Drug Pricing Program from March 6 to March 21. 鈥淭he temporary delay in the effective date of this final rule is necessary to give Department officials the opportunity for further review and consideration of new regulations, consistent with the Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff鈥檚 memorandum,鈥 the notice states.
