The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services today proposed changes to the Payment Error Rate Measurement and Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control programs to reflect how states adjudicate eligibility for Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program under the Affordable Care Act. The  will be published in the June 22 Federal Register with comments accepted for 60 days. For more on the proposed changes, see the CMS .
