The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services today proposed changes to the Payment Error Rate Measurement and Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control programs to reflect how states adjudicate eligibility for Medicaid and the Children鈥檚 Health Insurance Program under the Affordable Care Act.
