The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program is offering a limited number of seats in its 2016 examiner preparation course. Participants in the interactive course learn the same methods and techniques used by Baldrige examiners and network directly with the examiners and Baldrige staff throughout the training week, without having to serve as an examiner. Three training sessions are being offered at the Baldrige program's headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD: April 26-29, May 3-6 and May 10-13.
