The AHA-McKesson Quest for Quality Prize annually honors hospitals and health systems that continually work toward the Institute of Medicine's six quality aims—safety, patient-centeredness, effectiveness, efficiency, timeliness and equity. These organizations have demonstrated progress in achieving multiple aims and provide replicable models for the health care field.
