Advancing health equity requires that your board of trustees align on the key efforts required to align policies, resources and programs. This survey on Board Readiness for Health Equity can be completed by trustees to establish a sense of how the Board views health equity in four key areas of focus:

Establishing a Board culture that values diversity, inclusive leadership, and health equity;

Creating Board accountability for health equity;

Reviewing key metrics on health equity to inform the Board; and

This survey was previously published by the AHA Trustee Services. Implicit Association Test
/node/681389

The Implicit Association Test (IAT) measures attitudes and beliefs that people may be unwilling or unable to report. The IAT may be especially interesting if it shows that you have an implicit attitude that you did not know about. For example, you may believe that women and men should be equally associated with science, but your automatic associations could show that you (like many others) associate men with science more than you associate women with science
