HRSA opens application portal for additional COVID-19 relief funds

The Health Resources and Services Administration has opened the for health care providers to apply through Oct. 26 for a portion of $25.5 billion in COVID-19 relief funds, the agency . Providers will submit a single application to request payments from both the $17 billion 鈥淧hase 4鈥� Provider Relief Fund distribution and $8.5 billion in American Rescue Plan Act funds for rural providers.
On Sept. 30 at 3 p.m. ET, HRSA will host the first of four webinar sessions on the funding and how to navigate the application portal. Interested hospitals should register here to .
HRSA aims to begin distributing the ARPA funds in mid-to-late November and the PRF funds in early-to-mid December.
