The Health Care Payment Learning and Action Network has created an to help identify and prioritize opportunities to advance health equity through alternative payment models and inform its priorities and initiatives.

The Department of Health and Human Services launched the network in 2016 as a forum for public-private partnerships to advance health care payment models that promote quality and value.
